Important: You should contact with our service before returning, stating the reason. We do not assume any responsibility for goods returned using any method other than our approved return service.
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
- Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, therefore all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
- Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (FedEx, DHL or UPS).
- We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please Contact Us by telephone as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.
Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
If your order cannot be cancelled it will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.
The Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
